Listen Ministries and our Clients shall mutually respect and maintain each other’s confidential information and shall use it only to perform their respective obligations. Listen Ministries will not, except as authorized or required by law, reveal or divulge to any person or entity any information concerning the organization, business, finances, transactions or other affairs of Client or of any of Client’s respective subsidiaries which may come to Listen Ministries' knowledge during the continuance of this agreement. Listen Ministries will keep in complete secrecy all confidential information entrusted to Listen Ministries and will not use or attempt to use any such information in any manner which may injure or cause loss either directly or indirectly to Client’s interests. This restriction will continue to apply after the termination of this agreement without limit in point of time, but will cease to apply to information or knowledge which may come into the public domain.
